Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Estimated transit times:
Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Issues

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please get in touch with us immediately at stlmeadow@gmail.com. We can update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to receive a refund or have the order reshipped. Additional shipping costs will apply for reshipment.

If an address appears invalid at the time of fulfillment, we will contact you for clarification. Orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours if we do not receive a response.

Combining Multiple Orders

We automatically combine orders placed under the same name and shipping address. If you prefer that your orders remain separate, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing them.
