Refund policy

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at stlmeadow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Orders may be canceled only before they ship. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.

If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
